Ralphsun Nayem is an associate (pending admission) at KI Legal in the Real Estate Transaction Department. Currently, he assists with drafting contracts, compiling documents, facilitating communication between various parties and helps close commercial real estate deals.  

With a passion for real estate law and transaction instilled at an early age, Ralphsun grew up surrounded by industry due to part of his family’s real estate brokerage. A natural progression to study the law, he received a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law (PPL) from SUNY Binghamton University (BU). During his undergraduate years, he was treasurer for the BU Media Group. Recently, he received a JD from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was also a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, was on the Dean’s List and was a member of St. John’s South Asian Law Student Association and Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
