John Flouskakos
John Flouskakos is an Associate at KI Legal, specializing in our Personal Injury Practice.
He graduated from Binghamton University in May 2020 magna cum laude, where he majored in Political Science and Philosophy, Politics, and Law (PPL) on a Pre-law track. Thereafter, he attended St. John's University School of Law, where he participated in the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Clinic, advocating for a number of elderly clients in dire need of legal assistance. John has previously worked for the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office and Nassau County Family Court.
John joined KI Legal Personal Injury as an extern while attending St. John’s University and came back as a law clerk to continue honing his skills in the personal injury realm. As an integral part of KI Legal Personal Injury, John has established a strong foundation of legal research and case investigation so he can better understand the intricacies and nuances of personal injury cases. His responsibilities include drafting pleadings, engaging in the discovery process, and representing clients during negotiations. John has proven to be a skilled negotiator, effectively advocating for clients to secure favorable settlements in various personal injury cases. John ensures open lines of communication with clients, providing them with regular updates on their cases. In an ever-evolving legal landscape, John remains committed to staying abreast of changes in personal injury law.
