Kalliopi Livanos

Kalliopi is a Law Clerk at KI Legal in the Trusts & Estates and Real Estate Departments. In this dual role, she adeptly manages a wide range of legal matters across both fields, demonstrating a profound understanding of their intricate nuances. 

Within the Trusts and Estates division, Kalliopi excels in drafting estate planning documents, such as wills and trusts, ensuring precise articulation of clients' intentions and safeguarding their assets. Her keen analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail facilitate smooth navigation through probate and trust administration processes. 

In Real Estate Transactions, Kalliopi navigates complex deals by skillfully drafting and reviewing pivotal documents like purchase agreements and lease contracts. She coordinates effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless closings, protecting clients' interests with thoroughness and precision. 

Kalliopi graduated magna cum laude from Wagner College in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, and subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She refined her legal acumen through externships at esteemed institutions such as the New York Supreme Court, Watson Farley & Williams, and Kings County Surrogate’s Court.
