Joseph Taylor

Joseph Diego Taylor is a senior associate at KI Legal in the Litigation Division. Joe has significant experience representing property owners, commercial tenants, business owners, and contractors in complex state and federal court proceedings. His areas of specialization include commercial landlord/tenant disputes, business disputes, general commercial litigation, Americans with Disabilities Title III litigation, and employment litigation. He also provides general counseling on matters concerning Americans with Disabilities Title III compliance, business and partnership disputes, and the impact of changes to local, state, and federal laws. 

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, Joe understands the cost and sacrifice it takes to build your business, as well as the risks. By combining his passion for law with a respect for his family's entrepreneurial spirit, Joe is dedicated to providing each client with the same level of service he would provide to his own family. Joe has been named to the Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Stars list for the years of 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 – an honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in New York.
