Maria Filindarakis
Associate
Maria Filindarakis, Esq. is an Associate with Koutsoudakis & Iakovou Law Group in their Litigation Department.
Maria’s expertise is in Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment Law, Residential Real Estate, and Lender
Representation. Maria represents businesses and shareholders in litigation, derivative actions, wage and hour,
and discrimination claims. On the transactional side of the practice, Maria represents our clients in both Sale
and Purchase Transactions and also represents lenders in various residential transactions, including purchases,
sales and refinances.
Prior to joining KI Legal, Maria worked as a paralegal at a Downtown Law Firm assisting attorneys in
Commercial Litigation, Landlord Tenant, and Personal Injury matters. She also has experience as a Litigation
Law Clerk representing businesses in an array of matters from Employment Litigation, Intellectual Property
Protection, and other business disputes. She has also worked at Tapestry, Inc as a legal intern in their
intellectual property department.
Maria graduated from St. John University (2016) and New York Law School (2019) and is currently part of the
New York State Bar.
