Allen Huang is a paralegal at KI Legal in the Real Estate Transactions Department. He assists with all aspects of the firm’s residential and commercial real estate law practice, including single, multi-family, Co-ops, condos and commercial properties.  He plays a vital role in purchase and sale transactions and representing lenders in various purchase and refinance transactions. In doing so, he supports all aspects of the transaction, including the preparation of purchase agreements and loan documents, due diligence review, title review, and organizing and assisting with transaction closings. Furthermore, he coordinates the preparation of real estate conveyance documents and performs real property searches across all sectors at KI Legal.  

 Allen received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology, minoring in Sociology, from Queens College. He followed that by receiving a masters from Queens College in Guidance Counseling.
